Ride the Wave

A hand lettering experiment using brush markers and watercolor medium. My goal here was to embody the idea of different types of "waves" into visual compositions. Hand-written letter forms like these can offer a truly custom and unique look to any brand.

Synthwave Variant
I've always had a penchant for retro, 80's inspired synthwave music. I decided to incorporate the visual flavour of the genre into a new composition.
Alternate concept to the hand lettering "wave" - more of a synthwave 80's vibe.


Surf Shops Variant
Deciding to go a more textural route, I created this mock surf shop promotional piece.
Wave Surf Shops variant with ocean blue texture and white, painted-look type.
