Fourth Avenue needed a compelling one pager to garner interest and demand in the luxury housing market. In addition to strong imagery, I've also included some familiar elements you might see in a luxury home including indoor plants and high-end light fixtures. This further helps to immerse the user into the space, making them feel like they're already moved in.
